We do not have a physical shop as of now. The address listed in the contact us page is our office address and there is no sale over the counter. However, if our customers wish to pick-up their order from our office in Chennai, they could do so, with prior information. It usually takes between 1 and 4 days before your order is shipped. All of our orders are shipped by logistics service such as DTDC / Professional courier / Bluedart from our Chennai warehouse located in Tambaram - East. For most of the pincodes it takes between 1 to 4 days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.
In some cases ,where the particular product takes longer time to get it done, shipping may take somewhere between 7 to 10 days.
For international orders we use either DHL / Fed-Ex to ship the parcel. It normally takes 4 working days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.
