What is VAISHNAVA Store?
Its an spiritual online store that has listing of many thousands of products to assist in your spiritual progress.

Is it only for Vaishnavas?
Certainly Not!  Anyone who is interested in absolute spiritual growth can find their relevant listing here. After all, we are all children of Paramatma Lord Sriman Narayana, so our listing fits everyone.

Our listing also has many thousands of puja products that's common for daily spiritual practices across sanadan dharma faiths.

How long does it take to ship my order?
It usually takes between 1 and 5 days before your order is shipped. All of our orders are shipped by logistics partners such as DTDC / Professional / Blue dart courier from our Chennai warehouse. For most of the pin codes it takes between 1 to 5 days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.

In some cases ,where the particular product takes longer time to get it done shipping may take somewhere between 7 to 10 days.

For international orders we use either DHL / Fed-Ex to ship the parcel. It normally takes 4 working days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on the volume metric weight of the products in your shopping cart.

Can i get a tracking number once shipped?

Yes, We do e-mail tracking numbers once the order is shipped.

What happens if i received a damaged product or a different product?
We will replace the exact one immediately. We take impressibility of the product until it reaches you in good shape. If the product is damages during transit, we do send a replacement.

Can i return the product? Whats the return policy?
Yes, you may return within 7 days of receiving the parcel for most of the categories listed. However, we request you to kindly use the return policy wisely, due to practical difficulties.

Can i checkout without creating user account?
Yes, you may checkout as a Guest, but we recommend you to create a User Account to receive order updates, as well as some real offers.

What are the modes of payment?
You can pay using your Debit / Credit card or Net banking issued in India. For international transactions, you may use your Debit / Credit card.

How secured is your site?
VAISHNAVA Storein, is secured with SSL certificate. We do not process payments on our own. For order payments, we use an secured third party payment gateway provider (Pay-U-Money) which handles millions of secured transactions each day. So its highly safe and secure to pay online in our website.

How long does it take to issue a refund?
Either if you had returned your product or if we haven't shipped part of your order or if we have cancelled your order (in rare cases). We inform you over e-mail an we issue a refund via payment gateway and the refund amount reaches the same account that you had paid, within 5 working days of initiating the refund.

Can i place a bulk order? Any discounts?
Yes, we do handle bulk order frequently, especially our customers order useful return gifts such as Puja items for wedding, Upanayanam, engagement function, birthday, Navarathri etc..

Do you take custom orders?
We do make custom products as well as customize existing products for your need. Please contact us through chat, mail or phone for custom orders.

We do not have a physical shop, all our sales is via online.
